Cajun Lunches

Monday - Chicken Stew

Chicken that is either quartered or boneless cooked in a dark roux (roo) gravy over rice.


Tuesday - Jambalaya (jum-bow-lie-ya)

Can be either chicken or seafood, seasoned to taste, mixed with rice. You can put just about anything in a jambalaya.


Wednesday - Shrimp and Grits

Shrimp and andouille sausage seasoned with our famous CHOPS spice in a creamy sauce served over grits.


Thursday - Cajun Chicken Spaghetti

Spaghetti noodles, corn, mushrooms, and grilled chicken in a chesse sauce baked to perfection!


Friday -Shrimp and Crab Gumbo

The famous Cajun dish that is similar to soup.  It is made with Shrimp and Crab and is poured over rice.  Ce C弾st Bon (that痴 good).


Served Daily

Shrimp Etouffee (ay-too-fay)

Peeled shrimp tails cooked in a golden colored sauced served over rice.


Red Beans and Rice

Red Beans cooked with smoked sausage and andouille (ahn-doo-wee) and served over rice.


Gumbo

A great Cajun dish that is similar to soup. It is made with chicken and sausage. It is poured over rice. Great anytime of the day.


Fish & Chips

Fried catfish or flounder filets with CHOPS special seasoning and our homemade chips.
